SUMMARY:  WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management, engineering, logistics, on-time deliverables, and operations to support Department of Defense customers. The <a name="_Hlk196402291">Full Time Integration Specialist / UAS Pilot </a>will <a name="_Hlk196399304">work under the direction of the Program Manager and UAS Department Manager</a> and will operate, pilot, and maintain unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) piloting software. <a name="_Hlk196401861">ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: </a>Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Provide technical guidance as well as after-action reports following field experimentation.</li><li>Repair and maintain structural, electronic control systems, and subassemblies of prototype UAS, commercial off-the-shelf<a id="_anchor_1" name="_msoanchor_1">[TH1]</a>   COTS UAS platforms, and various other system types, including military UAS.</li><li>Perform balance and flight-check for approving UAS for return-to-service.</li><li>Conduct UAS flight operations to include basic associated equipment operation, mission planning, image capture and transmission, GPS navigation, and air space management.</li><li>Maintain current UAS inventory organization.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> <a name="_Hlk196402049">QUALIFICATIONS:</a><ul><li><a name="_Hlk181615012">5</a><a name="_Hlk196720512">+ years’ experience with remote control aircraft, prototype UAS, commercial off-the-shelf UAS platforms, and various other system types, including military UAS.</a></li><li>3+ years’ electrical (avionics) integration, material fabrication with extensive knowledge of Mission Planner and various other COTS ground control software.</li><li>Possess or have the ability to obtain an FAA Part 107 license.</li><li>Experience with one or more of the following: military systems, computer systems, GPS, RF video transmission technology and techniques, aviation, airspace management, aerodynamics, map reading, remote controlled systems, electronics, Mission Planner, and model aviation.</li><li>Ability to maintain personal flight logs and flight certification documentation.</li><li>Knowledge of related mechanical assemblies to include actuators, servos, electric motors, and their wiring components.</li><li>Knowledge of electronic/gas R/C systems and subassemblies.</li><li>Knowledge of composite materials like Kevlar, fiberglass, carbon fiber and their appropriate use as it pertains to UAS manufacturing.</li><li>Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel knowledge.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced field environment and office environment, both orally and in writing.</li><li>Emphasis on field safety for all operationally involved personnel, not just flight crew-specific.</li><li>Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and attention-to-detail.</li></ul> Additional requirements:<ul><li>Travel both CONUS and OCONUS is required up to 40% (Approximately 6 to 10 trips per year, with each trip lasting 10 to 14 days).</li><li>Employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining a United States Passport within six months of the hire date.</li></ul> <a name="_Hlk86920539">PREFERRED SKILLS:</a><ul><li>Balsa wood fabrication.</li><li>Adhesive familiarization.</li><li>Familiarization of common shop tools (wrenches, drivers, dremels, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of machining a plus.</li><li><a name="_Hlk86920904" style="color:rgb( 41 , 47 , 72 );background-color:rgb( 255 , 255 , 255 )">Military background or familiarity with military command and control structures.</a></li><li>Possess a working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies. </li><li>Demonstrate time management, problem-solving skills, self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to efficiently react to shifting program requirements and work in a team environment.</li><li>Effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.</li></ul>  SECURITY CLEARANCE:  Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret security clearance.  *The selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation     and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. *  LOCATION: Tampa, FL *Must be local or willing to relocate*   * MUST FILL OUT THE ENTIRE QUESTIONNAIRE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION *<div><div><div class="msocomtxt" id="_com_1"> </div></div></div>

Job Title: Delivery Driver | Reports to: Drivetender Manager | Location: 5241 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33611Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>You are expected to arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure time set by dispatch per the message received for scheduling</li><li>Review patient orders and documentation prior to departure to guarantee a successful delivery day. Assure all manifests, orders and receipts match</li><li>Exchange any missing or incorrect items with the inventory specialist on site prior to departure</li><li>Pay attention to all details of patient orders and documentation (manifests and receipts) provided</li><li>Complete vehicle inspection report upon inspecting vehicle before departure each trip</li><li>Gather electronic devices, gas card and petty cash assigned by dispatch and load materials into assigned vehicle with your partner</li><li>Sign in on platforms before exiting the facility to begin Onfleet patient tracking</li><li>Verify identity (photo ID or medical card) once arriving to a patients place of delivery</li><li>Document a photo of their photo ID or medical card on their Onfleet file</li><li>Exchange and verify payment with the patient</li><li>Request the patient sign and date the manifest once payment has been received</li><li>Finalize the patients order, confirming order is correct, before departing to the next patients location</li><li>Passenger: enroute to the facility, you are responsible for checking the MMUR to ensure your daily patient orders have been marked accordingly along with closing out any orders as necessary and all tasks were marked completed in Onfleet.</li><li>Return to the facility; park the vehicle in the designated area(s)</li><li>Drop your secured cash bag with manifests and receipts rolled up inside cash bag in the safe</li><li>Return the electronic devices and coolers/freezer in the designed area as advised by management</li><li>Return car keys to the security team</li><li>Actively check your Flowery email and teams chat for any communications</li><li>Complete trainings as released by their due dates</li><li>Contact dispatch or customer service for any issues that may arise during the route</li><li>Maintain a clean and operational vehicle; report to your lead should you need anything</li><li>Maintain a positive level of professionalism with your co-pilot, other team members and patients.</li><li>Delivery experience is preferred (from any industry)</li><li>Timely, responsible and reliable</li><li>Communicate, communicate, communicate!</li><li>It is important to note that these shifts may vary from 8-12 hours; more or less.</li><li>You will be scheduled 3-5 days each week; which will include full time hours. You will be assigned a vehicle and partner. Other tools include a gas card, petty cash, phone & tablet to fulfill the role. Our team asks that your schedule is flexible and open.</li><li>Must have an active, valid, driver's license. </li><li>Must have a clean driving record. </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds.</li><li>Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job (sit, stand, kneel, bend, etc.) for extended periods of time.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul>Starting wage: $16.00 per hour.
