Assists students in meeting their academic goals by providing one-one coaching, helping them better utilize college resources such as academic technology (Navigate, SIS, Canvas, Zoom, etc.), student life and holistic services (food pantry, student assistance program, etc.). Manages a comprehensive case load supporting student with SAP appeals, maintaining a campaign throughout the semester including connecting with appropriate advisors, campus resources, and working to ensure students gain satisfactory academic progress.
