Employees must be able to safely operate vehicles, equipment, or machinery, including street-legal golf carts and company vehicles, communicate effectively in person and by phone or other devices, read and interpret printed or electronic materials, and occasionally perform computer-based work requiring repetitive hand and wrist movement. Responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, repair, testing, and inspection of low and medium voltage electrical systems including fire alarm, intrusion alarm, access control, video surveillance, emergency phones, telecommunications infrastructure, and associated network-connected devices.
