With a patient-first approach, Xpress Wellness combines modern technology, efficient processes, and a supportive team environment to make healthcare more accessible and convenient for the communities it serves.</p><h2>Position Summary</h2><p>This role is responsible for delivering primary and episodic patient care in accordance with established standards, guidelines, and clinical protocols.</p><h2>Liberal, KS</h2><h3>Duties and Responsibilities</h3><p>Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments, including urgent, emergent, and non-urgent cases.</p><p>Select, order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies to evaluate patient conditions and support clinical findings.</p><p>Review and analyze diagnostic reports and test results to determine diagnoses.</p><p>Prescribe or administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized medical interventions to treat or prevent illness and injury.</p><p>Perform clinical procedures, including laceration repairs and orthopedic care, and provide referrals to medical specialists as needed.</p><p>Explain medical procedures, test results, and treatment plans to patients.</p><p>Document clinical findings and treatment plans in patient records, including follow-up notes, and ensure charts are completed and closed within 24–48 hours.</p><p>Manage communications related to recruiting, training, and trade events as required.</p><p>Provide medical orders, direction, care services, consultation, supervision of healthcare staff, and chart review. The Physician is available via direct telecommunication for consultation, assistance with medical emergencies, or patient referrals.</p><p>Oversee special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
