Our corporate mission is to help elders live their best life at home with support and dignity.<h3>The Role Mission:</h3>The role mission of the Business Office Manageris to help grow the Senior Primary Care line of business. The right candidate should be a self starter with the ability and desire to get things done. This is a minimum 40 hour role working in the community at the delivery sites and in the office in Benton, KY. This is a key role around which an expanding team will be built. Healthcare and or Physician Practice Management required. Below are many of the key ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li><ul><li>Practice Management<ul><li>Ensure members are scheduled, staff is scheduled, time sheets are managed, payroll is prepared, inventory is managed and other general practice management functions occur</li><li>Be familiar with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements</li></ul>Business Office Operations:<ul><li>Oversee various practice operations, including Billing, Scheduling, Coding, Payroll Processing, Inventory Accounting, and Patient Billing.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.</li></ul>Financial Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements timely.</li><li>Assist with regulatory reporting requirements (CMS, IRS, etc..).</li></ul>Technical Accounting:<ul><li>Research and address technical accounting issues to ensure compliance.</li><li>Support/oversee month-end and year-end close processes.</li></ul>Budgeting and Forecasting:<ul><li>Track and administer budgets and financial forecasts.</li><li>Analyze variances and provide insights to improve financial performance.</li></ul>Internal Controls:<ul><li>Adhere to business processes and accounting policies.</li><li>Strengthen internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.</li></ul></li><li/></ul></li></ul><ul></ul><ul></ul><ul></ul>EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree or Higher<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance or related field.</li><li>CPA or CMA is a bonus</li><li>Clinical Licensure AND business expertise is a bonus.</li></ul>EXPERIENCE: <ul><li>Proven work experience healthcare operations and Physician Practice Management</li><li>At least 5 years healthcare operations and or Physician Practice Management</li><li>Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).</li><li>Experience with creating financial statements and general ledger functions.</li><li>Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.  NetSuite  a plus.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Excel</li><li><ul></ul></li></ul>ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTES:<ul><li>Effective communicator.</li><li>The ability to think strategically.</li><li>Strong analytical skills.</li><li>Demonstrates unwavering integrity, maintaining transparency and ethical conduct.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>The ability to manage accounting staff, providing guidance, training and performance evaluations.</li></ul>
