<p><strong>Regional Manager – Dental Operations</strong></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong> </p><p>We are seeking a results-driven <strong>Regional Manager</strong> to oversee multiple dental practice locations within our Dental Management Organization (DMO). This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving financial performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care across all assigned practices. </p><p>The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven ability to manage teams, optimize performance metrics, and support a culture of excellence.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Operational Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple dental practice locations </li><li>Ensure consistency in workflows, systems, and operational standards </li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices </li></ul><p><strong>Staff Management & Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop Office Managers and team members </li><li>Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture </li><li>Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes </li></ul><p><strong>Financial Performance</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and drive key financial metrics including collections, expenses, and profitability </li><li>Partner with leadership to ensure practices meet or exceed budget goals </li><li>Identify trends and implement strategies to improve financial outcomes </li></ul><p><strong>Performance Metrics</strong></p><ul><li>Track and analyze KPIs such as production, collections, patient flow, and case acceptance </li><li>Hold teams accountable to performance targets </li><li>Provide actionable insights and reporting to leadership </li></ul><p><strong>Patient Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure an exceptional and consistent patient experience across all locations </li><li>Address patient concerns and implement improvements as needed </li><li>Promote patient retention and growth strategies </li></ul><p><strong>Compliance & Administration</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards </li><li>Oversee administrative processes and ensure accuracy and consistency </li><li>Support audits and compliance initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum <strong>3–5 years of management experience</strong></li><li>At least <strong>3 years of experience in the dental industry</strong></li><li>Proven leadership experience managing multiple locations or teams </li><li>Strong understanding of dental practice operations and KPIs </li><li>Exceptional <strong>organizational, communication, and leadership skills</strong></li><li>Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements </li><li>Willingness and ability to <strong>travel regularly</strong> to practice locations</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation package </li><li>Opportunity to lead and impact multiple growing practices </li><li>Collaborative and supportive leadership environment </li><li>Career growth and development opportunities </li></ul>

Ability to perform customer service duties and provides leadership and guidance to subordinate members of the department in the areas of phone and in-person inquiries, conducting customer research, cash and check handling, and effectively making appropriate customer referrals to other bank staff. Oversees the receiving and paying of money to bank customers, and ensures that accurate record keeping of deposits and withdrawals, negotiable instruments, and other bank transactions is maintained.

<h3>Description</h3><br/><div><strong>GENERAL SUMMARY</strong>:</div><div>Provides quality service by assisting customers accurately and efficiently, and develops long term customer relationships.  Oversees the receiving and paying of money to bank customers, and ensures that accurate record keeping of deposits and withdrawals, negotiable instruments, and other bank transactions is maintained.  Performs a broad variety of customer service and sales activities, such as assisting walk-in customers as well as telephone customers with account problems and questions.  Performs duties, which include selling and opening new accounts, closing accounts, and advising customers on all bank services.   </div><div> </div><div><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</strong>:</div><ol><li>Performs all regular teller duties including accepting deposits, cashing checks, and perform various customer service-related duties.</li><li>Prepares holds on deposits.</li><li>Completes forms such as CTRs, SIRs, and any other BSA reporting as necessary.</li><li>Performs operational duties as required, which may include: vault operations, ordering and shipping cash, ATM settlement, research teller differences, and completing various reports.  </li><li>Responsible for opening and closing individual and commercial deposit accounts.  Must obtain appropriate BSA information and business documents for account opening.</li><li>Prepares all paperwork and assists the customer in signing the documents.</li><li>Strives to achieve sales goals by being a knowledgeable resource on products and services available to customers.</li><li>Performs various customer service duties: <ul><li><em>Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in customers, initiating customer research.</em></li><li><em>Processing check orders, closing accounts .</em></li><li><em>Processing customer account printouts.</em></li><li><em>Sorting daily mail.</em></li><li><em>Assisting with NSF, Non-post, and collections.</em></li><li><em>Assisting customer with Safe Deposit Boxes </em></li><li><em>Deposit verification for credit purposes.</em></li></ul></li><li>Responsible for maintaining customer accounts including deposit accounts, CDs, Health Savings Accounts, IRAs, and other retail banking products.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned by management.</li><li>Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (if branch is open on weekends) </li></ol><div> </div><div><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITIES</strong>:</div><ul><li>Full knowledge of personal and business banking products offered, taking a personal initiative to stay updated on any changes.  Basic knowledge of all banking regulations applicable to the job function and of all bank policies and procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of general banking principles and banking regulations and a willingness to participate in educational opportunities.</li><li>Skill in communicating with clients and co-workers in courteous and professional manner.  </li><li>Skill in operating computer terminals and printers, back counter capture machine, coin machine and copier</li><li>Skills in effectively listening to customers and making appropriate referrals</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to perform customer service duties and provides leadership and guidance to subordinate members of the department in the areas of phone and in-person inquiries, conducting customer research, cash and check handling, and effectively making appropriate customer referrals to other bank staff.</li><li>Ability to ensure that appropriate efficiency, accuracy, and customer service is provided to customers to ensure that the bank’s goals of meeting the customers needs is being met.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to function as a team player.</li><li>Ability to perform any other duties/projects as assigned by management.</li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong>:</div><ul><li>High school graduate or equivalent.  </li><li>A minimum of 24 months of prior banking experience is generally expected.</li><li>Cash handling and customer contact experience preferred.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong>:<br/></div><div> </div><div>NOTE: <strong> </strong>The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level or work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.  They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills, required of person so classified.</div><br/><h3>More Details</h3><br/><div>Saturdays required </div>
