Coordinates work efforts with management in developing strategic plans and implementing changes in staffing including hiring, right sizing operating procedures, and work processes designed to improve the administration of programs in SID Bureau, increase operational efficiencies and accomplishments aligned to CDPH. The ordinances provide a preference to applicants who meet the minimum qualifications and who are veterans of the Armed Forces of the United States, residents of Socio-Economically Disadvantaged Areas (SEDA), and/or Chicago Public School (CPS) high school graduates.
