In partnership with direct supervisor and other departmental, hospital/Institute and system leaders, identifies and effectively communicates strategic opportunities or threats in a timely and credible manner, and assists in developing proactive and reactive strategic internal communications on system issues and activities. Responsible for all related aspects of strategic marketing; planning, strategizing, directing and executing for assigned specific areas and initiatives, inclusive of strategic plan communications, employee and provider engagement and other leadership communications, and miscellaneous operational areas.
