The Communications & Graphics Lead will be a key contributor to the day-to-day momentum of the initiative, ensuring that ideas generated in research and presentation conversations become structured, graphically compelling and professionally executed visuals for the team and all the ReGen constituents. <h2 style="margin-left:72px"><b>Position Summary</b><br/>The ReGen Communications & Graphics Lead is a creative, collaborative, and intrepid, emerging professional who is organizationally capable, strategically sensitive, and passionate about creating infographics and presentation materials that make a dense, complex, scientific body of knowledge into relatable, understandable, actionable visual presentations.  The Communications & Graphics Lead supports the FPU ReGen Medicine Executive Director and the team in the development and delivery of high-quality internal and external presentations and documents.<br/>The Communications & Graphics Lead will be a key contributor to the day-to-day momentum of the initiative, ensuring that ideas generated in research and presentation conversations become structured, graphically compelling and professionally executed visuals for the team and all the ReGen constituents. This role is ideal for an early career professional with demonstrated proficiency with visual creation and infographic creation tools, strong communications and collaboration skills, and an interest in healthcare innovation, workforce development, or academic program design. The Communications & Graphics Lead works closely with the Executive Director and the broader clinical readiness team, interfacing regularly with faculty, partners, and consortium stakeholders.<br/> </h2><div style="border-bottom:solid #1b4f8a 1.5pt;padding:0in 0in 4pt 0in"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div><b>Strategic Communications</b><ul style="margin-top:15px;margin-bottom:4px"><li style="margin-top:15px;margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px">Develop and execute a cohesive communications approach under the leadership of the Executive Director that supports the goals of the Clinical Readiness initiative and aligns with broader ReGen Valley Tech Hub messaging</li><li style="margin-top:15px;margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px">Translate complex technical, academic, and workforce development concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for varied audiences</li><li style="margin-top:15px;margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px">Draft and edit professional communications, including executive summaries, stakeholder updates, briefing documents, strategic reports, and other and public-facing materials</li><li style="margin-top:15px;margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px">Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and FPU branding across all communications</li></ul><b>Presentation & Deliverable Development </b><ul style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px"><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Transform quantitative and qualitative data into clear visual formats (dashboards, charts, infographics) to support decision-making and reporting</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Support the Executive Director, the Program Associate, and the entire FPU ReGen Medicine team in developing high-quality slide decks for internal FPU audiences including the Provost and academic leadership </li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Lead structural development of, creative, informative content development and collaborate closely with the Executive Director and the Program Associate on the preparation of polished external-facing deliverables for the Foundation for Healthy Communities, ARMI, Re-Gen Valley consortium partners, and other affiliated organizations </li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Assist in communicating the role of Franklin Pierce University within the broader ReGen Valley Tech Hub ecosystem through website content, emails, executive summaries, and more.</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Develop data visualizations, summary slides, infographics, and supporting materials that communicate progress, impact, and strategic direction effectively</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Ensure all deliverables reflect high standards of accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation</li></ul><div style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px"><b>Team Contribution & Initiative</b><ul style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px"><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Participate actively in team planning, brainstorming, and strategy sessions — contributing ideas, creative input, and a problem-solving orientation</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Support onboarding, orientation, and integration of new team members and collaborators into project processes and systems</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Contribute to grant reporting documentation, performance metric tracking, and evaluation activities as directed</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Take on emerging responsibilities and special projects as the initiative evolves and the team's needs grow</li></ul><b>Qualifications</b><div style="border-bottom:solid #1b4f8a 1.5pt;padding:0in 0in 4pt 0in"></div><b>Required</b><ul style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px"><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphics Design, Business, Public Health, Health Sciences, Communications, Education, or a closely related field; graduate degree is a plus</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Minimum of one year of professional experience in creation of infographics and use of graphics software to create impactful visual representation of complex scientific content – examples will be reviewed by the ED</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Strong written communication skills with experience preparing professional documents and presentations – examples will be reviewed by the ED</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools such as Canva or equivalent – examples will be reviewed by the ED</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders</li></ul><b>Preferred</b><ul style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px"><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced academic, healthcare, nonprofit, or innovation-focused environment</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Interest in or familiarity with regenerative medicine, the science of Regenerative Medicine and/or healthcare workforce development, or academic program design</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Experience with visualization and graphics creation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Canva, Visio)</li></ul><div style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px"><ul style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px"><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-bottom:4px">Comfort operating in an ambiguous, evolving initiative where structure and process are being built in real time</li></ul><b>About Franklin Pierce University</b><div style="border-bottom:solid #1b4f8a 1.5pt;padding:0in 0in 4pt 0in"></div>Franklin Pierce University is a private, student-centered university with its main campus in Rindge, New Hampshire, and academic centers in Manchester and Lebanon, NH, as well as programs in Austin, TX and Goodyear, AZ.
