Unlike corporate dentistry, we prioritize outcomes over production and believe dentistry is healthcare, not retail.</p><h1>Job Description</h1><p>We are hiring a Social Media Content Creator with experience in video content creation, digital marketing, and social media management to support our growing dental brand.</p><p>This role focuses on creating educational, trust-building content for Instagram and You Tube, including short-form video (Reels, Shorts) and long-form educational content related to dental implants, specialty dentistry, and patient care.</p><h1>Key Responsibilities</h1><ul><li>Create, film, and edit social media content for Instagram and YouTube</li><li>Develop short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks-styIe)</li><li>Produce educational dental and healthcare content</li><li>Collaborate with dentists and specialists to capture in-office video Write SEO-friendIy captions, hooks, and descriptions</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand voice focused on education and trust Monitor content performance and optimize engagement</li></ul><h1>Required Qualifications</h1><ul><li>Experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketing Content Creator</li><li>Video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)</li><li>Strong communication, storytelling, and content planning skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a healthcare or dental office environment </li><li>Ability to manage deadlines and content schedules</li></ul><h1>Preferred Qualifications</h1><ul><li>Experience in dental marketing, healthcare marketing, or medical content creation</li><li>Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and content trends</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and social media growth</li><li>Graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe)</li></ul><h1>Compensation & Benefits</h1><ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Creative autonomy with clear brand direction</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a contrarian dental collective</li></ul><h2>How to Apply</h2><p>Apply with your resume and a well-organized relevant portfolio.</p><p>Candidates with experience in dental, healthcare, or educational content are encouraged to apply.
