Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator Onsite: Hutchinson, KS Status: Full Time Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and the type of person who naturally takes ownership without being asked? Harvest Talent Solutions has partnered with growing company who is seeking a Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator who can become a key part of a growing organization and help drive marketing, sales support, and industry engagement efforts. This is more than an administrative support role. It is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a career, take initiative, and grow into future leadership opportunities within the organization. This position offers strong long-term growth potential and could become a launching pad into a senior-level or management role for the right person. What You'll Do <ul><li>Develop and coordinate marketing materials and content that support sales initiatives </li><li>Assist with website updates, eCommunications, digital campaigns, and webinars </li><li>Manage social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter </li><li>Coordinate video content, campaign scheduling, and video library management </li><li>Track and manage publication, advertising, and tradeshow deadlines </li><li>Coordinate national and regional trade shows, including: </li><li>Registrations </li><li>Shipping and logistics for booth materials and displays </li><li>Swag and promotional items </li><li>Lodging and travel coordination </li><li>Show setup and post-show follow-up </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with associations, trade show groups, and industry partners </li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and sales activity reports </li><li>Support sales initiatives and help identify ways to improve processes and organizational efficiency </li><li>Take ownership of projects and proactively identify opportunities that benefit the organization </li></ul>What We're Looking For <ul><li>Extremely organized and detail-oriented </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with autonomy </li><li>Someone who can take an idea and improve upon it </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously </li><li>Professional presence with strong relationship-building skills </li><li>Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset </li><li>Must be dependable and committed to being onsite daily </li></ul>Preferred Background We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including: <ul><li>Marketing Coordinator </li><li>Agency Account Executive </li><li>Advertising or Marketing Agency Experience </li><li>Sales Support or Communications Roles </li></ul>Experience with the following is highly preferred: <ul><li>Copywriting and marketing communications </li><li>Social media and digital marketing </li><li>Event or tradeshow coordination </li><li>Web, graphic design, or video content tools </li><li>Project coordination and deadline management </li><li>Technical software platforms </li><li>Agricultural or ag retail industry exposure is a plus </li></ul>Why This Opportunity Stands Out <ul><li>Strong growth and advancement potential </li><li>Opportunity to work closely with leadership </li><li>Autonomy and the ability to make an impact </li><li>Diverse responsibilities that keep the role engaging and challenging </li><li>Minimal travel with exposure to industry events and associations </li><li>Stable, full-time onsite role with long-term career potential </li></ul> If you are someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting a team, building relationships, and finding ways to make things better, this could be an excellent next step in your career.
