Job Summary The Marketing Account Manager is a key contributor in defining and executing marketing strategies and tactics for assigned service lines across a range of media channels. Candidates must have a passion for powerful storytelling and a willingness to explore, learn, and grow as a part of a tight-knit collaborative team. Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time. Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a closely related field from a recognized college or university Required Work Experience 3 or more years progressive work experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in a healthcare system, physician marketing, or closely related field Required Essential Functions<ul><li>Develop strategic marketing and communication plans to support specific service lines</li><li>Execute tactical programs across multiple media channels to build service line awareness and drive specific patient actions.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including service line leaders and physicians to understand and align marketing efforts to business objectives. </li><li>Plan, develop, and supervise the development and delivery of marketing and PR campaigns, from creation to completion. This will involve managing relationships with clients and internal “agency” team – writers, graphic designers, PR, training and internal communications, etc.</li><li>Establish campaign metrics and provide analysis of performance to steer optimizations.</li><li>Help with development of budgets, determine resource allocation, and assign metrics to ensure smooth, on-time and on-budget operation of campaigns.</li><li>Use research tools to assess current market and future marketing trends.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate competitive messaging and offerings to identify threats and trends.</li><li>Work hand-in-hand with other marketing team members to grow collective knowledge and expertise and to identify resource needs to ensure team success.</li></ul> Additional Duties<ul><li>Adheres to the hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines.</li><li>Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and vision of the organization.</li><li>Performs other duties as required and completes all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintains current Knowledge in present areas of responsibility to include any specialty certification requirements (i.e., self-education, attends ongoing educational programs).</li><li>Attends staff meetings and completes mandatory in-services and requirements and competency evaluations on time.</li><li>Demonstrates competency at all levels in providing care to all patients based on age, sex, weight, and demonstrated needs. For non-clinical areas, has attended training and demonstrates usage of age- specific customer service skills.</li><li>Wears protective clothing and equipment as appropriate.</li></ul>

Reporting to the Director of Development and Communications, this person will play a key role in cultivating donor relationships, supporting events, and implementing effective fundraising and marketing strategies to support our mission.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors through meetings, calls, and outreach.</li><li>Proactively seek out and secure new donors, corporate sponsors, and in-kind contributions.</li><li>Research donor prospects and develop customized strategies for outreach and solicitation.</li><li>Prepare and distribute all donor acknowledgments and tax letters in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain accurate donor records and track all donations, sponsorships, and contributions.</li><li>Support the planning, promotion, and execution of fundraising events in collaboration with the Director of Development and Communications.</li><li>Provide assistance with event logistics, including mail lists, auction items, marketing materials, and event site management.</li><li>Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, civic groups, and organizations to secure sponsorships and support.</li><li>Assist with the implementation of cost-effective marketing and outreach strategies using both print and digital media.</li><li>Monitor, evaluate, and report on fundraising performance; adapt strategies to ensure goals are met or exceeded.</li><li>Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for events, donor engagement or fundraisers.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, nonprofit management, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience.</li><li>Experience in business development, fundraising, sales, or nonprofit work preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.</li><li>Nonprofit or community engagement experience is a strong plus.</li></ul>Skills and Attributes<ul><li>Energetic, social, and highly motivated "go-getter" with a passion for making meaningful connections.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Creative and strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Capable of maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive donor information.</li><li>Strong organizational and event planning skills.</li><li>Comfortable networking and speaking with individuals, small groups, and community stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.</li></ul>This is aSalaried position plus bonuses and commissions.
