Works across hospitals, ambulatory practices, faculty practice plans, academic partners, and shared services to ensure alignment and successful implementation.</p><p> </p><p>Partners closely with clinical leaders, faculty, administrators, project teams, and executive sponsors to develop and execute comprehensive change management plans. Ensures organizational changes are clearly communicated, well understood, and sustainably integrated into daily operations while minimizing disruption to patient care and business processes.</p><p> </p><p>Plays a key role in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training support, and readiness assessments to drive successful outcomes across complex, system-wide initiatives.</p>

Responsibilities:
<p><strong>Enterprise & Clinical Change Enablement</strong></p><ul><li style="color:#236fa1">Apply a structured change management methodology to support enterprise initiatives, including clinical and operational transformation, digital health, system integration, and operating model redesign.</li><li style="color:#236fa1">Partner with project and clinical teams to embed change management activities into initiative planning, execution, and sustainment.</li><li style="color:#236fa1">Support concurrent change initiatives across hospitals, ambulatory sites, faculty practice plans, and as applicable academic units as part of an enterprise change portfolio. Change Impact, Readiness & Risk</li><li style="color:#236fa1">Conduct change impact assessments that consider effects on clinicians, learners, team members, workflows, patient care delivery, and academic missions.</li><li style="color:#236fa1">Assess organizational and workforce readiness across diverse stakeholder groups, including physicians, nurses, faculty, residents, and administrative teams.</li><li style="color:#236fa1">Identify and develop plans with project sponsors and project teams to mitigate risks related to adoption, and workforce engagement.</li></ul><p><strong>Communications & Stakeholder Engagement</strong></p><ul><li style="color:#236fa1">Support the design and execution of change communications in partnership with executive leadership, clinical leadership, and communications teams.</li><li style="color:#236fa1">Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and tailored to clinical, academic, and operational audiences.</li><li style="color:#236fa1">Support the preparation of leaders and people managers with talking points, FAQs, and tools to support frontline engagement.</li></ul><p><strong>Training & Capability Building</strong></p><ul><li style="color:#236fa1">Collaborate with projects teams, training teams, and learning and development, to inform training strategies and requirements.</li><li style="color:#236fa1">Support the design and delivery of training that addresses role-based impacts and readiness gaps.</li><li style="color:#236fa1">Support the development of change champion networks.</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership, Coaching & Sponsorship</strong></p><ul><li style="color:#236fa1">Support and coach executive sponsors, physician leaders, and operational leaders in visible and effective change leadership.</li><li><ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0px"><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif">Coach managers, supervisors, and clinical leaders to reinforce change, address concerns, and support teams through transition.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif">Serve as a trusted advisor to project teams on change management best practices in a healthcare setting.</li></ul><p style="margin:0in;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif"><strong>Planning, Measurement & Sustainment</strong></p><ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0px"><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif">Develop actionable change management deliverables, including:<ul style="list-style-type:circle;margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0px"><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif">Sponsor and Clinical Leadership Engagement Plans</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif">People Manager and Frontline Leader Plans</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif">Communications Plans</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif">Training and Readiness Plans</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif">Resistance Management and Sustainment Plans</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif">Saturation Assessments</li></ul></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif">Define and track adoption, utilization, and readiness metrics.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif">Monitor change progress, track issues, and report risks and mitigation strategies to governance bodies.</li></ul><p style="margin:0in;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif"><strong>Organizational & System-Level Change</strong></p><ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0px"><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif">Support organizational design initiatives, including role clarity, transitions, and alignment across clinical and administrative teams.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'cg times' , serif">Coordinate change efforts with project management, quality, patient safety, HR, IT, compliance, and communications partners.</li></ul>Contribute to the development and maturation of enterprise change management standards </li></ul>
