Thisrole offers uncapped earning potential in a growing market with strong demand for next-generationcommunication solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesAchieve annual sales targets of territory quota through strategic dealer developmentImplement growth strategies to increase existing dealer performance by 15-30%Identify and recruit 3-5 new qualified dealers annuallyConduct a minimum of 6-8 in-person dealer visits per travel weekProvide comprehensive sales training to dealer teams (minimum 3 training sessions weekly)Build lasting relationships with dealer owners, sales managers, and service teamsPenetrate underserved commercial markets, including education, hospitality, and securityDevelop Push-to-Talk over Cellular opportunities (fastest-growing segment)Execute territory strategy focusing on high-potential, underperforming accountsMaintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing optimizationCollaborate with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Marketing, Finance) to support dealersuccessProvide exceptional technical and business support to ensure dealer profitabilityRequirements5+ years of territory management and B2B sales leadership experienceProven track record of exceeding annual sales targets ($1M+ preferred)Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldIndustry experience in telecommunications, two-way radio, or related technology sectorspreferredResults-Driven: Consistently delivers on commitments with a sense of urgencyCollaborative: Works effectively across departments to drive dealer successResilient: Bounces back from setbacks and adapts quickly to market changesProfessional: Represents Hytera US Inc with integrity and maintains high ethical standardsResidency: The Regional Sales Manager needs to reside in the territory they will manageCompensationBase Salary: Range starting at $80K and based on locationCommission: Uncapped earning potentialPerformance Bonuses: Quarterly achievement rewardsAdditional Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchVehicle allowanceExpense reimbursement for travel and business developmentProfessional development through Hytera UniversityThis is a remote position.</p>
