Job Responsibilities Support the marketing strategy for Private Labels in the dealer channel Strategize with Sales leadership on marketing needs Work with colleagues to execute against that strategy via dealer channel marketing and communication programs Liaise with Auto public relations team to identify opportunities for PR Partner with the Auto product team to help define relevant products, segmentation and campaigns to communicate to DRMs and dealers Help develop, build and update value proposition for the various brands Support reporting across initiatives and develop and present senior management presentations Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of marketing or communications background Consumer financial and/or marketing experience Bachelors degree in related field Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and quality are required while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional relationship development skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement Superior written, presentation and oral communication skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Campaign management, direct marketing and project management experience OEM auto experience B2B auto experience working with dealerships or partners is a plus * Agency experience in marketing and/or communications a plus Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of Americas households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
