Roles & Responsibilities** + Writing email campaign copy to support recruitment marketing, clinician communication/engagement initiatives (including but not limited to regular newsletters, go-to-market launches for clinician-facing products and more) + Own the end-to-end build and deployment of digital messages and push notifications (including but not limited to list management, HubSpot campaign setup, workflow setup, etc.) + Developing internally and externally facing content to promote the clinician experience (i.e., blog posts, internal team spotlights, features about key clinician personas) + Contributing to and/or maintaining marketing and communication project plans and schedules + Developing basic creative assets for internal/external communications (email headers, social media images, etc.) + Other relevant duties as assigned to support Signify Health Clinician Communications **Required Qualifications** + 3+ years of experience in the development of marketing and communication content and strategies, preferably in the health care environment. + Able to fluently communicate via written and verbal methods in English + Knowledge and experience with AP Style, or comparable + Experience with email marketing tools (i.e., Hubspot, Mailchimp, SMC, or comparable) **Preferred Qualifications** + Self-starter who can work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams + A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field strongly preferred + Internal/employee communication experience preferred.
