From conducting prospect tours and follow-ups to spearheading internal and outreach marketing endeavors, resident retention efforts, and overnight on-call duties, they are the cornerstone of resident satisfaction and community engagement.Additionally, the Community Concierge may assist with various clerical or office-related tasks as required, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their role.What You Will DoEnsure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
Commit to working full shifts, which consist of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site at the property
Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal part-time hours
Complete all prospect tours of the community
Responsible for following up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
Responsible for planning, implementing, and performing marketing duties and resident events
Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
Curate content for social media and marketing materials
Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
Create marketing materials using Canva
Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
