Coast to Mountains Preparatory Academy (CM Prep) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Academic & Community Engagement Coordinator to support the launch and growth of our South Carolina program. This role is critical to ensuring academic excellence, The Education Scholarship Trust Fund Program compliance, and strong community presence as we expand access to high-quality, flexible education options for families across the state. This position operates as part of the school's leadership structure, supporting both academic and operational priorities. This is a full-time position.Abilityto work independently, typically 40+ hours per week isrequired. Ability tomaintaina professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. <ul><li>Monitor and support academic performance, course completion, and student progress</li><li>Partner with school leadership and teachers to ensure high-quality instruction and accountability</li><li>Coordinate and oversee student remediation and intervention plans</li><li>Support implementation of CMPA's academic playbook, MTSS framework, and data tracking systems</li><li>Oversee all South Carolina ESA/scholarship requirements, ensuring full compliance with state guidelines</li><li>Track and manage student eligibility, documentation, and reporting requirements</li><li>Plan and execute all state and internal testing requirements</li><li>Ensure proper test administration, proctoring logistics, and data reporting</li><li>Analyze assessment data to support instructional improvements and student outcomes</li><li>Support management of program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination</li><li>Assist leadership with staffing needs, forecasting, and operational planning</li><li>Contribute to development and tracking of key performance metrics aligned to enrollment, retention, and academic success</li><li>Support initiatives that drive operational efficiency and financial performance</li><li>Plan and lead in-person events, including information sessions, community partnerships, and family engagement opportunities at least once a month</li><li>Build relationships with local organizations, homeschool networks, and community stakeholders</li><li>Support enrollment growth through grassroots outreach and local presence</li><li>Represent CM Prep at events, fairs, and regional initiatives</li></ul> MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Education, Leadership, or related field preferred</li><li>5+ years of related professional experience in education, school operations, or program management</li><li>1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of student data, accountability systems, and intervention strategies</li><li>Experience with state-funded scholarship/ESA programs preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time throughout South Carolina for events</li><li>Ability to clear required background check.</li></ul> Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quant
