Unlike a traditional retail pharmacy setting, our pharmacy operates as part of an integrated care team within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working closely with medical providers, nurse care managers, behavioral health, dental, and support staff to ensure patients receive the medications and services they need. We serve diverse community-based populations throughout Muskegon County and surrounding areas, including individuals and families facing barriers such as medication costs, insurance challenges, transportation issues, refill gaps, limited health literacy, and difficulty navigating the healthcare system.
