Consults with Hiring Managers to identify clients’ technical skills needs and implement effective sourcing strategies to successfully place candidates; work with Hiring Managers to identify required core competencies to ensure successful long-term hires. This includes engaging in strategic meetings with hiring managers; develops position duties, responsibilities, specifications, and requisite skills; sources, recruits, screens, interviews, and guides the selection of qualified candidates for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions; and negotiates employment offers.
