Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compounder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the physical execution of our product formulas gathering, weighing, and mixing ingredients to create high-quality skincare and dermatological products. You aren'tjust "mixing ingredients"; you are ensuring the consistency and efficacy of products that clinicians and consumers trust every day. salary: $40,000 - $41,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities <ul><li>Batch Compounding: Accurately follow Master Batch Records (MBR) to blend, mix, and manufacture creams, lotions, and gels.</li><li>Precision Weighing: Use industrial scales to weigh out raw materials, ensuring 100% accuracy in measurements.</li><li>Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and clean large-scale manufacturing equipment (tanks, mixers, homogenizers, and pumps).</li><li>Quality & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product integrity.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of batch logs, cleaning logs, and inventory usage.</li><li>Sanitization: Perform thorough "Clean-in-Place" (CIP) and manual sanitization of tanks and lines between batches. </li></ul> Skills <ul><li>Blending </li><li>Pharmaceutical </li><li>GMP </li><li>SOP </li><li> Qualifications </li><li>Years of experience: 2 years </li><li>Experience level: Entry Level </li><li> Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
