As Senior Director of Product Management, Integrations & Client Onboarding, you will own the end-to-end product strategy for how SmartCompliance exchanges data with client ERP systems - inbound (receiving payroll and HR data) and outbound (returning compliance results, filings, and reporting) - and for the onboarding journey that brings new clients to live, productive use of the platform. Design scalable onboarding workflows that automate data validation, integration setup, configuration, and testing across SmartCompliance product lines (Employment Tax, Garnishments, ACA, Tax Registration).
