At least 3 years of experience in auto mechanics or mechanical assembly General knowledge of computers and office software Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, bills of material, and CAD file drawings Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, strong analytical and evaluative skills to troubleshoot issues Ability to use precision measuring instruments, hand tools, and power tools to complete assembly tasks Proficiency in written and verbal communication Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and other team members to improve assembly processes and resolve technical challenges Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand 95% of the time. Assemble mechanical systems and components, using blueprints and 3D drawings Install and plumb hydraulic and pneumatic tubing Perform alignment adjustment and basic functional tests to ensure correct operation of the unit Troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly, utilizing your hands-on problem-solving skills Prepare units for final inspection with visual checks in a qualified quality verification process Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
