You will partner closely with Product, Clinical, Regulatory, Hardware Engineering, Data, Member Support, and Quality/Compliance teams to define strategy, ship high-quality products, and ensure the device experience is safe, scalable, and delightful for our members end to end. You are an experienced engineering leader who thrives at the intersection of consumer software, connected devices, and regulated product delivery, and you are comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, high-accountability environments.
