Inspection and surveying equipment may include but is not limited to digital camera, tape measure, hammer, chisels, boom truck and other machinery, electronic drafting equipment, material testing equipment, power and hand tools, and personal protective equipment. Review, process, issue, coordinate, and track permits for activities within the Anoka County highway system, including right‑of‑way use, development access, driveway access, special events, oversize/overweight loads, and utility work impacting county roadways.
