The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health Nurse Supervisor (RN) to provide clinical and administrative leadership at Heron House, an innovative 18-bed Enhanced Medical Group Living Environment (EMGLE) program located in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. The Behavioral Health Nurse Supervisor serves as the primary nursing leader within the program and is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, clinical practice, staff development, and regulatory compliance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered, trauma-informed care.
