Analyze technical alternatives and trade space to develop the best overall solution, emphasizing a high-TRL, low-cost approach with a proven GDMS projector and message processor and advancing a common projector design that supports multiple mission profiles, including UMS MAAS efforts. Coordinate with Chief Engineers, engineering managers, subject-matter experts, resource managers, and partners to assemble the right technical team and validate availability of required skills, laboratories, tools, facilities, and other resources.
