Essential Job Functions (EJFs): Provides Medicaid/CHIP Systems operational and executive management support to the section Director, including preparation of executive reporting, special reports, system/application outage reports, fiscal year plans, system inventories, and other section-level documentation needed to support decision-making and oversight. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with program areas, vendors, Managed Care Organizations, state and federal stakeholders, and internal team members.
