Architect and govern data migration methodology, tooling selection, and governance frameworks across large-scale, multi-wave migration programs, including the design of migration objects, business rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing across functional domains (finance, procurement, supply chain/inventory, sales, manufacturing, HCM, or equivalent). Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies, tools, and platforms - including SAP-native or Oracle-native and third-party data migration tooling (e.g., SAP LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, SAP SLT; or Oracle FBDI, ADFdi, OIC, GoldenGate; Syniti, or equivalent); lead vendor negotiations and manage third-party relationships.
