The Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible for overall project success, including project oversight, direction, and strategy over multiple $100+ Million data center construction projects, particularly relating to safety, schedule, scope, budget, and quality. Direct and support project teams in the preparation and execution of tasks throughout all phases of the project process; includes identifying scopes of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk mitigation.
