Responsible for reporting data/metrics to the team which demonstrate workflow quality, safety concerns, staffing/volume information, or other data points to help support departmental goals or address issues/concerns. Job Requirements : 1) Education/Training: - Develops, Updates, and Coordinates training for new personnel in USP 797, USP 800, and all sterile compounding processes and equipment (e.g., TPN, equipment, devices, etc.).
