DCTs work with little or minimal direction, handling products and updating associated information systems for the following business functions: receiving, cycle counting, kitting, inventory, picking, benching, un-benching, packing, shipping, asset management, pre-stage rack and stack activities, and programming and configuration of automation programs as required by customers. Able to meet the physical requirements of the usual and customary methods of performing the job functions, including: a variety of standing, sitting, and walking throughout the day; significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves; regular lifting of up to 50 pounds; usage of pallet jacks; carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent climbing, including ladders, and balancing; and significant fine finger dexterity.
