We're hiring experienced RNs for flexible, field-based assignments providing discreet, physician-supervised care in clients' homes.This isn't a hospital floor. You'll work independently, travel to client locations, and deliver high-touch care to a clientele that values privacy above all else. A supervising physician is on record for every case and available for consultation.What You'll Do<ul><li>Provide in-home medical stabilization and monitoring under physician supervision</li><li>Assess and manage withdrawal symptoms using established clinical protocols (CIWA, COWS)</li><li>Monitor vitals, administer medications, and escalate when clinically indicated</li><li>Coordinate directly with the supervising physician on patient status</li><li>Deliver compassionate, judgment-free support to clients in recovery</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality at all times</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>RN with active, unencumbered license (multi-state compact preferred)</li><li>Background in ER, ICU, detox, home health, or comparable high-acuity setting</li><li>Comfortable working autonomously in non-clinical environments</li><li>Discreet, professional, composed under pressure</li><li>Reliable transportation; willing to travel to client locations</li><li>Passionate about meeting patients where they are</li></ul>Schedule & Pay<ul><li>PRN / on-call as cases arise</li><li>Multi-day assignments (typically 5 days)</li><li>Competitive above-market daily rate (paid as independent contractor)</li><li>Mileage, travel, and meal reimbursement</li><li>You set your own availability</li></ul>Confidentiality Notice
