<h3>Summary</h3>We are seeking a dependable, detail-focused Agent Concierge to assist our agents and enhance the client experience by efficiently managing essential behind-the-scenes operations.In this position, you will be responsible for executing field tasks that ensure smooth transaction progress—such as installing and removing signs, placing riders, coordinating necessary hard signatures, and maintaining a strong market presence for listings.This task-driven, autonomous role is ideal for a proactive individual who takes initiative, acts swiftly, and prides themselves on completing tasks accurately the first time.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Install, update (riders), and remove listing signs across Lincoln</li><li>Assist with in-person client needs (ex: coordinating hard signatures when required)</li><li>Ensure listings are accurately and professionally represented in the field</li><li>Complete all assigned tasks within 24 hours (unless otherwise directed)</li><li>Log each task in our tracking system with details and photo confirmation</li><li>Communicate proactively with the Operations Manager on any issues or delays</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Reliable, responsive, and able to manage time independently</li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Comfortable being on the go and navigating the Lincoln area efficiently</li><li>Takes ownership and communicates clearly</li><li>Service-minded with a team-first attitude</li></ul><h3>About-our-team</h3>At Lincoln Select Real Estate Group, we don’t just sell homes — we build careers and empower badass agents.
