You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their office visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.  Responsibilities  <ul><li>Greet guests as they enter the office </li><li>Maintain a positive attitude when answering and speaking with clients</li><li>Answer phone calls and schedule appointments</li><li>Maintain a clean and inviting work space and environment </li><li>Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services</li><li>File documents and assist with basic administrative tasks</li><li>Communicate staff and managers on any updates</li><li> </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>One or more years of customer service experience is preferred</li><li>Previous experience is preferred but willing to train.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service</li><li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li><li>Familiar with computers and scheduling software</li><li>Excellent multi-tasking skills</li><li>High School Diploma/GED</li><li> </li></ul>
