These employees are responsible for responding to a wide variety of consumer/guest needs to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for these residents. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills are necessary to succeed in this role.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greeting and assisting residents and guests:</li></ul>Welcoming people at the entrance, providing directions, managing visitor access, and answering inquiries.Receiving, sorting, and delivering packages to residents.<ul><li>Concierge services:</li></ul>Providing local recommendations. Providing and arranging general business services for residents. Develop a network of contacts, service providers and businesses within the locality to serve residents' needs. Overview:
The ClubLife Concierge will play an integral part of the Member Experience Team supporting project work and goals. Creating remarkable experiences for our club members before, during, and after every visit. What we prioritize is a warm welcome, magic moments, and fond communicate club life through all channels, and we take care of members' needs as it relates to reservations, inquiries, preferences, etc. Speak to members on various topics and promote member events, gatherings, facilities, services, and experiences; build relationships and report with members and guests. Responsible for key Club Life project work, i.e., execution of birthday campaigns, reservations follow-up, invitation to signature events, etc. Key focus on name recognition and connection with warm welcomes and fond farewells. This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00-$19.00 Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until July 31, 2026.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club, provide business and concierge services to our members, and be proactive in creating magic moments.</li><li>Inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities both in person and over the phone.</li><li>Assist members in providing information for and scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services in accordance with club standards.</li><li>Maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and other surrounding areas clean and free of debris. Ensure supplies that may be needed by Members/ Guests are stocked such as pens, notepads, etc.</li><li>Accommodate member and guest requests for business services, including but not limited to faxing, copying, mailing, and other concierge services, owning the request from start to finish.</li><li>Assist Member Experience initiatives such as, but not limited to, the Club Newsletter, Message on Hold, and the website calendar and various other projects, including event announcements, outbound calls to members, and other marketing collateral to promote Member Services at the Club, always keeping materials current.</li><li>Seat guests.</li><li>Adhere to all company, club, and department standards of operations, policies, and procedures, whether written or verbal.</li><li>Conduct ourselves professionally and respectfully.</li><li>Work safely.</li><li>Attend daily lineups and participate as requested.</li><li>Take pride in our appearance by arriving to work in a clean and neat uniform and being properly groomed according to club standards.</li><li>We are open, flexible, and adaptable to take care of our members' and guests' changing needs.</li><li>Understand service recovery procedures for members/guests.</li><li>Notify GM and/or department head(s) of member/guest complaints. Qualifications:

Position Overview:
The Community Concierge plays a vital on-site role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the leasing office of the property. From conducting prospect tours and follow-ups to spearheading internal and outreach marketing endeavors, resident retention efforts, and overnight on-call duties, they are the cornerstone of resident satisfaction and community engagement. Additionally, the Community Concierge may assist with various clerical or office-related tasks as required, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their role.

What You Will Do:
<ul><li>Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager</li><li>Commit to working full shifts, which consist of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site at the property.</li><li>Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed</li><li>Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal part-time hours</li><li>Complete all prospect tours of the community</li><li>Responsible for following up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.</li><li>Responsible for planning, implementing, and performing marketing duties and resident events</li><li>Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community </li><li>Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community </li><li>Curate content for social media and marketing materials </li><li>Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager </li><li>Create marketing materials using Canva</li><li>Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties</li><li>Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community</li><li>Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed</li><li>Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager</li><li>Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures</li><li>Responsible for ensuring product presentation always meets brand and company standards</li></ul>
