- Build and/or assemble wood or metal forms for the construction of concrete floors, slabs, walls, columns, tilt-walls, elevated concrete slabs, elevator cores, stairways, etc.

- Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
Functions as Lead Estimator:
- Read and understand job bid instructions, detailed specifications, prepare a "take off" of materials included in the job. Exercise good judgment and experience in working with purchasing, concrete labor, equipment and transportation costs to arrive at full cost estimates with appropriate profit margins to achieve the Company's goals.
