We welcome new members to join and grow along with our team!</div><div><br/></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Manage the day-to-day business activities and functions of every store department and take the initiative to provide support as necessary, such as production, sales, and distribution of products to achieve high operational and merchandising standards.</li><li>Act as a role model to provide exemplary customer service and performance while performing all store activities to build a positive and productive environment and represent the company's core values.</li><li>Achieve business results and sales goals by analyzing store business needs, sales data, and cost controls, initiating action and promotional plans to improve sales, and maximizing productivity.</li><li>Monitor and ensure proper merchandise sale prices, stock levels and logistics, and store presentations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and operational sustainability within budgetary limits.</li><li>Ensure all stakeholders follow company policies, procedures, and government regulations, especially in safety, security, and loss prevention.</li><li>Manage and facilitate the store members to effectively perform Omni channel services and initiatives and all accounting, administrative, maintenance, and marketing duties.</li><li>Manage and facilitate all personnel activities such as coordinating staff work schedules, assigning appropriate duties, recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, employee evaluations, promotion, demotion, and terminations.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate department and employee performances to meet company objectives and financial projections and appropriately reward and retain outstanding employees with growth opportunities.</li><li>Resolve and document all customer service and employee complaints while partnering with internal representatives to address employee relations and operational issues to prevent issues from escalating.</li><li>Oversee and implement environmental and sustainability initiatives addressing recycling, conservation, and waste management issues.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Qualification:</strong></div><ul><li>An Associate degree in Business Administration or related fields is required.</li><li>2 years of managerial experience or equivalent in a retail setting is required.</li><li>1 year of project management experience is preferred.</li><li>Bilingual in English/Mandarin, English/Cantonese, or English/Spanish is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work assigned schedules, including weekend, and holidays as needed.</li><li>Currently possess or have the ability to possess a Food Handler’s certificate.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Knowledge of food production process, product lines, and labeling.</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of employment laws, including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.</li><li>Knowledge of safety rules and regulations established by the company and government.</li><li>Advanced attention to detail, communication, leadership, and time management skills.</li><li>Advanced active listening, execution, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to constant and challenging deadlines.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.</li><li>Ability to coach and mentor team members with professional maturity.</li><li>Ability to establish goals and guide employees to complete duties effectively.</li><li>Ability to inspect and evaluate the quality of products.</li><li>Proficient with computer programs and software to enter data and process information.</li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>Prolonged periods of standing and walking are required.</li><li>Ability to use manual dexterity to grasp, manipulate, and assemble objects.</li><li>Ability to work in an environment that may be wet and dry and with varying temperatures and noises.</li><li>Ability to lift to 50 pounds at times or more with appropriate equipment.</li><li>Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable
