Responsible for managed work, including mobilization and project set-up, panel design coordination, deliveries and logistics, general project organization, planning, safety, managing staffing/labor/subcontractors/vendors, quality control, scheduling, documentation, punch list, inventory, demobilization and project closeout to complete the work on time, within budget, and to a quality specified. Shaw Self-Perform Framing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the wood framing and siding process on a project ensuring quality, safety and timely completion by managing a crew of framers/siders, coordinating material/panel delivery and verifying adherence to contract documents and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized jobsite.
