Valid driver's license. Available to work 9-10 hour a day as projects demand.   Ability to take direction, ask clarifying questions and complete tasks independently. Abiltiy to use and maintain hand and power tools in a safe and correct manner. Ability to meet the physical demands of the work - lifting up to 50# and work at elevated heights on roofs or scaffolding. Will require daily travel to surrounding counties. Work takes place in varied weather conditions.   Location:  Northeast lower Michigan, primarily Alcona, Alpena and Presque Isle Counties.
