The FCC coordinates the schedule with the Project Manager and Construction Manager with regard to the required field progress, the resources required, their mobilization and demobilization in time, and the corrective measures necessary in order to accomplish the work in compliance with Customer’s policies and procedures with regard to safety, quality, schedule and cost.
