<div>Job Summary:<br/>We are seeking two skilled construction workers to assist with remodel projects. This role focuses on building metal stud walls and installing drywall. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in framing and drywall installation and be comfortable working from blueprints.</div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Measure, cut, and assemble metal (steel) stud walls</li><li>Install drywall panels to cover framed walls</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints to complete assigned tasks</li><li>Ensure accuracy and quality in wall construction and installation</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li>Follow all safety guidelines and procedures</li></ul><div>Qualifications:</div><ul><li>Previous construction or remodeling experience required</li><li>Experience with metal stud framing and drywall installation</li><li>Ability to read and understand blueprints</li><li>Skilled in measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><div>Additional Information:</div><ul><li>No drywall finishing required</li><li>Position duration is dependent on project length</li></ul>

Maintain equipment in proper working order. + Manage Mausoleum new construction; obtain drawings. Prepare budgets, vendor sourcing and selection. Mange new construction build addressing and resolving issues. Collaborate with the home office on capital expenditure projects, understanding timeline, resources, responsibilities, and managing activity and noise in consideration of cemetery services. + Develop annual operating budget, personnel budget, and management expenses to achieve budget. Plan for equipment replacement. People Development + Develop a strong, trusting, and reliable team. Understand team members career aspirations and provide assignments to develop skills and close gaps. Constructively address issues and provide timely appropriate feedback. Apply a proactive and collaborative management style in order to increase employee engagement and minimize turnover. + Responsible for screening candidates (internal and external) and hiring or promoting a skilled and effective staff.
