We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Lead to oversee daily construction and maintenance operations at our site. Candidates with scaffolding experience are highly valued, though backgrounds in ironworking, mechanical, or industrial insulation are also applicable.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Lead to oversee daily construction and maintenance operations at our site. This leadership role requires hands-on experience in trade or industrial construction and maintenance environments. Candidates with scaffolding experience are highly valued, though backgrounds in ironworking, mechanical, or industrial insulation are also applicable.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage day-to-day construction and maintenance operations on site.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Assist with resource planning, materials management, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on site activities.</li></ul>Qualifications & Skills:<ul><li>Residence within the Kamloops / Merritt region is required.</li><li>Proven experience in trade or industrial construction/maintenance environments.</li><li>Scaffolding experience is an asset; experience in ironworking, mechanical, or industrial insulation is also relevant.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work 40–50 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime as required.</li><li>Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in construction settings.</li></ul>Why Join Us:
