Individuals must have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of First Realty employees, site staff, residents, vendors, contractors, suppliers, and others responsible for servicing the company and property. A full-time position is available for an independent individual, highly self-motivated with superior technical, hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, boilers, and general maintenance work.
