Oversee fiber proofing (proving and rodding conduit, clearing blockages, prepping pathways, coordinating repairs that don't need new directional drilling), inside wiring for InvisiLight installations, and splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and turn-up, including live fiber in inside and outside plant. This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including navigating active construction and installation sites, climbing stairs and ladders, accessing tight spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, and telecom rooms, extended standing and walking.
