Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company's Safety Policy Develop and update the project schedule.
The Senior Project Superintendent is also responsible to establish the safety culture on the jobsite and work closely with the Project Manager to manage schedule, budget, and staff to achieve profitable outcomes. The Senior Project Superintendent is responsible for the profitable field operations on complex large projects after demonstrating ability to successfully complete smaller projects.
