IBI Inc is a well-established general contractor seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. Work on a variety of construction and renovation projects alongside skilled trades. Pay:• $21.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience• Paid bi weekly Duties:• General construction support, site prep, and cleanup• Assist with demolition• Support siding, framing, drywall, and finish work• Operate hand and power tools safely• Heavy lifting as required• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite Requirements:• Construction experience preferred, not required (training provided)• Physically capable of demanding work• Reliable transportation to job sites• Reliable, safety focused team player• Authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits (eligible employees):• BCBS Medical (company pays 82% of Bronze employee only premium)• Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Sick Leave• Optional (Employee-Paid) dental, vision, and Aflac Equal Opportunity Employer.
