We pride ourselves on being a trusted partner to our clients, providing world-class service and unmatched expertise in the construction industry.What we offer YOU:<ul><li>$50k-$60k – commensurate with experience</li><li>Medical</li><li>Dental</li><li>Vision</li><li>401K</li><li>Short-Term Disability</li><li>Long-Term Disability</li></ul>What you’ll be doing:<ul><li>Gain thorough understanding of business through interaction with senior level Project Managers and Superintendents.</li><li>Review architectural drawings and specifications for assigned projects, develop an initial scope document, and establish the project in multiple bid solicitation software platforms.</li><li>Organize and review subcontractor/vendor bids and perform bid leveling on received bids.</li><li>Assist the Project Manager in performing buyout of the job and coordinating subcontract and vendor PO creation with the Project Administration team.</li><li>Attend pre-construction meetings and collaborate with the Project Manager throughout the entire project to drive it to completion and exceed customer expectations.</li><li>Request and compile material and labor pricing to finalize change order requests.</li><li>Create and maintain project logs and status reports as required by the Owner.</li><li>Assist Project Manager and Project Administration teams in collecting the information necessary to submit monthly project pay application packages.</li><li>Schedule and conduct review meetings with senior-level Project Managers to assess project status and provide feedback.</li><li>Create and disperse O&M manuals and close out documents.</li></ul>What you need to succeed:<ul><li>Associate or 4-year college degree, preferably with a major in Building Construction or related field.</li><li>Must be willing to travel by car or plane</li><li>Valid Driver’s License</li><li>Prior work experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred, as well as holding a working knowledge of the estimating and management of construction jobs.</li><li>Excellent knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products (includes Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
