If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for construction, we want to hear from you!</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Assist in the construction and installation of oil field infrastructure, including pipelines, tanks, and drilling rigs.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.</li><li>Conduct site assessments and prepare reports on construction progress and challenges.</li><li>Operate heavy machinery and equipment as needed, following all safety protocols.</li><li>Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project updates and address any issues.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and environmental regulations.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Previous experience in construction, preferably in the oil and gas industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction safety practices and regulations.</li><li>Ability to operate heavy machinery and tools safely and effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on flexible schedules.</li></ul>
