The project connects the existing South and West Halls over Pico Boulevard to create a unified, contiguous 750,000 square-foot exhibit hall, and adds 39,000 square feet of new meeting rooms, a 95,000 square-foot multipurpose space and a 98,000 square-foot rooftop ballroom. Working under the direction of the BOE Construction Manager, the Assistant Construction Manager will provide owner's representative oversight of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems throughout construction, commissioning, and closeout.
